Disable the screen overlay warning

I'm tired of this useless overlay warning when giving permissions - every time i have to force quit two apps in order to set them and so on

There's a way with root or xposed to disable this useless warning?

Root: Stuck on Warning Bootloader Unlocked Screen

I'm trying to root my first phone:

Motorola, Product: Osprey XT1450 8GB P2B
I followed some guides to get myself through all the hurdles of rooting my phone. I got the TWRP loaded via fastbook from my PC, and then tried to install "supersu.zip" which tells me that it installs successfully. However, upon resetting the device, it remains on the "Warning, Bootloader Unlocked" screen indefinitely. Tried both version 2.46 (which was on the tutorial video) and 2.76 of supersu.zip but both of them stopped at the same point.

Handily I made a backup so it's easy to restore the phone to system normal, but I am trying to get past the error and complete the root process.

Any advice or another post I should look at and delete this one (I read the suggested posts, but none of them helped me to root the phone).

[Solved] Link2sd "mount warning" fix for all samsungs and android 5.1.1+ stock ROM

Hi.
I suppose every one samsung has the problem "mount warning" generated by Link2sd after installing it for manage second partition on external sd card. You do not have to generate scripts and restart system by Link2sd's own menu option. This solution let to mount second partition auto in boot option.
Thanks to Warre101 for the idea.

If you want to use Link2sd you have to have rooted device. I did it on samsung galaxy tab 4 with stock ROM 5.1.1..

The best application for make all operation is Total Commander (TC).

1. Create subdirectory su.d in directory /system where you store your script in left window of TC.
/system/su.d
2. Set 700 (RWX) permision for new created directory in Propertis TC's menu option .
3. In the right window of TC open directory :
/data/data/com.buak.Link2SD/files/
4. Copy the file init-link2sd.sh from right to left window.
5. Change name of this file in left window (/system/su.d directory) to 11link2sd
6. Copy renamed file back to right window and open it here in Totalcmd-Editor (installed with TC)
7. Remove not needed text , the result should be:

Code:

#!/system/bin/sh
sleep 4
mount -t ext2 -o rw /dev/block/mmcblk1p2 /data/sdext2

8. Write changes and leave editor.
9. Copy changed file back to /system/su.d (left window). Overwrite existing file.
10. Set 700 (RWX) permision for this file . /system/su.d/11link2sd

Each boot of your device new created script will mount partition needed be Link2sd for manage second partition on your external sd card.

Warning Recording Failed - Rooted Galaxy Note 8.0

Yesterday, I opened up the camera app and tried to record only to find it with the error, Warning: Recording Failed, then the device shuts down.

I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 and I have used pimp my rom to edit camera quality, but I believe my camera was working after that. I hadn't backed up original pimo my rom settings before config so nothing can be done there.

I have tried the following things:
Cleared cache and data, reboot
Cleared cache and data, wiped cache partition
Installed other camera apps (They showed similar errors)
Factory reset
Plain reboot
Edit camera settings (resolution lowered, quality lowered)

The only thing left to do would be update to the latest firmware, but my rooted tablet doesn't allow it, so I would need to do it manually.

Is there a way to fix this problem? I have looked for answers to not prevail.

Odd 'warning' popup

This may well nd up being something of nothing, but, the last few days has seen this repeatedly appear toward the bottom of my screen. Happens in all apps, at any time. Was a nightmare trying to screenshot it as it is only there a second or two.

The blob is covering a number. No idea if number is important but covered it just to be safe. 8 digit number if that is of any relevance.

Just seems a little odd that this would suddenly start happening. Googled the 'address' and it goes nowhere. No idea on the Chinese however.

Moto G rooting gone wrong stuck at bootloader unlocked warning screen. (Different )

So I followed a guide on the internet on how to root my Moto G 3th gen (not saying the name because I dont' want to advertise it) .... I wish I followed the guide on XDA instead because I think my phone is bricked now.
Everything went fine but after flashing the SuperUS.zip my phone gets a warning bootloader screen every time I boot it up.

I can start up TWRP recovery but I get to see the screen and after that I see a bunch or errors like :
could not find /date and find crypto and footer

Also my laptop cant find my phone now if I connect it with my laptop. (On the drive maps)
If I do a fastboot devices I can see my phone.
commands like fastboot reboot still work.

I tried flashing the TWRP recovering again But I keep seeing the error messages and after that I goes back to the bootload screen.

Is my phone bricked or is there a way to solve this...?

Can someone guide me to the right path here...
I have no idea what to do

Warning: "Camera failed" imposible to solve but dialing *#0*# the camera works

Hi, I have a problem with my front camera in the Galaxy S7 (SM-G930F). It doesn't work and every time that I enter in the front camera appears the message "Warning: Camera failed"

The Rear camera works perfectly but since I've bought the S7 I never couldn't use the front camera

Here is what I have tried:

- Force Stop, Clear Data, Clear Cache, and Clear Defaults

- Clear Cache Partition in Recovery

- Factory Reset through Settings

- Factory Reset through Recovery

- Installed 3rd party camera app

- Installed another OEM ROM through Odin

- Repite everything

And the camera never work.

But.... by entering *#0*# into the dialer and picking Front cam the camera works perfectly and I can take a pictures. but through the app it doesn't work

Another thing that I can do it is, install the Dual-camera MODE and I can use the both two cameras at the same time although the front camera locks very blurry but it is another problem

I need to know if it is a hardware problem or a softwared problem. I don't know if I replace the front camera It will work.

G920T - Odin Warning Screen won't respond with up and down buttons.

I have a G920T that is stuck on the Warning logo for Odin/Download mode. I need to get this unit back to the stock OS it was on as it was rooted and loaded with a ROM. But for the life in me, I am unable to get past the warning screen to get into Odin mode. I can go into recovery and wipe, cache, factory reset and use the buttons like normal. I just can't toggle the buttons to get when I am in the blue Odin interface asking to select continue or Cancel. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

How to remove unlocked bootloader warning on startup... any ideas?

Just annoying to see, is there any way to remove that startup bootloader unlocked warning?

Dead android with warning triangle on XT1072

Decided to OTA (not sure why) my Moto G LTE that was and was running stock but with an unlocked bootloader but have ran into issues and think i am now just digging a bigger hole for myself so I am asking for some help please.

I after the attempted update i started having issues with some apps not working and/or uninstalling themselves. Play store was the worst (tired wiping cache and data but no joy) then the camera decided it would uninstall and then any other camera apps in added wouldn't save pictures. Managed to get a fresh stock rom install.

So i though i'd update to CM13, downloaded the file, twrp and Gapps and set about booting into recovery to install twrp but initially i was unable to enter recovery and it stayed on the fastboot screen. Now i am getting the dead android and the red triangle but have a working stock rom.

I can now no longer use fastboot, all it does is start the rom as if i had just powered on normally.

Any help appreciated.

How to set up data usage warning on both sim cards

Hi!

My Op3 is only allowing me to set a data limit warning for one of the sim cards..

For Sim 2, it show the chart and "Set cellular data limit" option and, on the chart, the two line bars to set up the warning and maximum limit.

For Sim 1, it only show the chart, but no "Set cellular data limit" option and no line bars to set the up the warning and maximum limit.

Weirdly, for SIM 1 it show the date interval, which it doesn't for Sim 2..

Also.. where can I change the date interval?? It is assuming a wrong interval...

Thanks!
