Semi-Bricked Kindle Fire HD 7

So while flashing TWRP to my kindle fire HD I messed it up and now have a device stuck on boot.
When i plug the factory cable in it does nothing. When i hold the power down with factory cable
in I get it connected as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. From here it wont register anything from adb or fastboot.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

SEMI-BRICKED Karbon sparkle V (sprout 4)

Hello there, I owe Sparkle v(sporut device) it was running very well on CM 13(TWRP recovery 3.0.0-0). Until yesterday When i rebooted my phone but it got struck on bootloop so as usual i went to recovery and wiped data to re-flash rom but I got an error FAILED TO MOUNT '/cache' (Invalid argument) i thought its bcoz my internal storage is not mounted But when i went to Mount And pressed on select storage it showed that my Internal storage( 0 MB) and micro sd card (3280 MB)
and i was also not able to mount(select) my internal storage
and every time i try to flash or wipe something that error appears.
So pls help me out in fixing my device. (i have already tried many ways)
