G4 H815 with Wind Mobile ?

Hi. I have two G4 phones. One is Canadian H812 and second is H815.

On Canadian version Wind carrier is working fine. I tried to enable aws and lte 4 bands on 815 but wind is still not working.

Is it possible at all to run wind on h815 ?

LG G4 H815 bootloader unresponsive

Hi all,

I am trying to root my device. first step as I understand it would be to unlock my bootloader.
When run "adb reboot bootloader" the phone reboots and loads into what looks to me like the bootloader (text screen that says "bootloader" and gives hints on how to use it, like running the fastboot command to get the device id and pressing the power for more than 10 seconds to shut down).

Unfortunately when i attempt to use the fastboot command the utility says "< waiting for any device >".
Additionally, pressing the power button for more than 10 seconds does not shut down the device (i press for over 30 seconds). I need to remove the battery in order to restart the phone.

I am running android 6 and my device is an H815.

any suggestions? I really need help!

[UNLOCK] [H815] Fastboot won't recognize my LG G4 in fastboot mode...

First I must say, I searched all over the internet for answer to this problem. None of the topics I read had matched my problem.

I want to unlock my bootloader so I can flash custom recovery and get root access.

When I want to access the bootloader ("adb reboot bootloader"), in my phone all goes fine (I see on my phone the Fastboot instructions, etc). The problem is in my computer that fastboot won't recognise my phone anymore. When I want to get the device-id, fastboot is stuck on "waiting for all devices". When I want to see the list of devices, ("fastboot devices"), I get nothing, wether my phone is on bootloader mode or not.

I installed all the LG drivers, including the ADB one. I am in USB debugging mode, and I disabled OEM protection.

Android version is Lollipop.

I need help on this matter, thanks in advance.

H815 CM 13 - Mobile network disappears

Hi. Recently I installed Cyanogenmod 13 on my LG G4 H815 (international, without any broadband) and I like it for some reasons, but I have one issue.
Sometimes my network connection (I prefer using 3G, but the same is with LTE) disappears and I have only GSM without internet connection. There was no such problem with stock ROM.
I flashed cm-13.0-20160721-NIGHTLY-h815.zip. I searched a little and found similar problem with CM13, but on OnePlus One forum.cyanogenmod.org/topic/118316-cm13-mobile-data-connectivity-issues/
Not much I found.

Any way to lock my bootloader again (H815 eu)?

I unlocked my bootloader to try CM13, but I'm not happy. Now I can't find any guides or pages that explain how I can revert my phone back to original state (bootloader locked)? Can't sell this phone when the device unlocked text is on the boot screen :(

Plese don't respond if you just tell me to google or search, because I did that...

Any way to unlock bootloader for H815 (TWN)

Hey guys,
when trying to unlock the bootloader the official way, I get the error message
"Unfortunately, your device(Taiwan , (TAIWAN) )does not support unlocking the bootloader."

LG support has not responded yet, but the message indicates what their answer will be.

Is there any way to get the bootloader unlocked other than having LG send the unlock code?
I found several threads all over the internet with people describing the same problem, but no solution was posted. Since all those threads are from mid-2015, I was wondering if anyone found a solution by now.

LG G4 H815 Reboot Problem !?

I have LG G4 H815, after 6 month of use, the mobile reboot without reason (First freeze then reboot) ... "some time within two minutes reboot 10 times"
I try to change the battery from another device, The problem still exists
trying to install KDZ rom 6.0 V20C, same ...

What is the problem, and What are the proposed solutions

H815 Soft bricked(?) adb shows device offline

Soo.... I messed up and edited the build.prop specificly the ro.build.type property. I tried to enable some debug options without validating if this would be a good idea (hint: it's not).

It seems that this has bricked my phone, the first LG splash screen shows up with the powered by android, and the second animation just keeps loading forever (making the phone very hot). And the LED flashes blue continously.

I did manage to get the device visible in ADB but it tells me that the device is offline so I can't do anything with it.
Tried booting in recovery mode (holding power button + volume down) but it just own't go into recovery mode.

Some extra info of what runs on my phone:
- version H815
- Android 6.0
- bootloader unlocked
- TWRP installed
- Rooted
- XPosed installed

Any idea on what I could try to fix it? (I guess stuck with a brick but oh well).

Installing H815 Roms On H818 variants

Hey everyone , i last bought a G3 but then saw that G4 in my area dropped its price to under 350$ which is currently my budget , but its a Dual sim variant , single sim is now out of stock in my country and i really want to buy one , so i was wondering , IF
I CAN INSTALL H815 ROMS ON H818 or Its Variants ? Is It Possible ? Will Atleast One Sim Work On it ? :confused:

LGG4 h815 freezing and restarting with CM13 and Genisys rom 4.2

So my g4 started randomly restarting itself, so i decided to do a factory reset.
In my haste, i wiped all data from the phone including the OS. Since then i have tried flashing genisys rom 4.2 via twrp.
It installs okay, but after inital set up, it either freezes and becomes unresponsive, or starts ressting itself over and over.

Thinking it was the rom i have since tried flashing CM13, but again, it either freezes and becomes unresponsive after install on the homescreen or is resetting itself.
I am now stuck for ideas on how to resolve this, so any help and advice on solving this would be greatly appreciated :)
