[LG G4 Beat] A few questions

Hi, I have LG G4 Beat and I would like to root it.

I have heard of KingRoot/KingoRoot, is that the same thing? Is it safe to use? I read they are shady, is that true? On KingoRoot site, LG G4 Beat is not on the supported devices list but they say this: " Please note that this list is incomplete. "NOT LISTED" does not necessarily mean "NOT SUPPORTED"."
Is it dangerous to try? Will it work? Is there a better and safer way to root my LG G4 Beat device that will work for sure?

LG G3 Beat D724 CM13 Help!

I am a newbie in flashing and things but i have rooted my phone. I need to know how you can flash twrp and get the cm13 rom for D724 . There isn't any tutorial for this model . If I could get one it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
