How long does it take to wipe data in recovery?

Hi all. I put my ze551ml into recovery mode and hit wipe data 55 my minutes ago. It has not yet completed. How long does this process take? This seems too long. Even wiping cache only too 15 minutes. Any ideas? Thanks.

How to take data from screen cap?

I am working on an idea, and I would love to know if it is possible to screen cap so to speak, or take date from the screen.


Such ass recognize an image that's on the screen and have an overlay program running, that can recognize the image shown and display data based on that image from the data in the app that corresponds to that image??

Should I take the update

I have a sprint g5 and have been waiting for root since release, on previous devices, taking the update would often ruin chances of a root. From what I've heard the root method on the g5 will require a bootloader unlock. Would talking the update lower my chances of getting a root?

Can't take OTA update

I think that the latest root ended up tripping the KNOX switch after all. Either this, or I'm doing something wrong. After completely restoring back to APE1, I can no longer take OTA updates. I keep getting error 402.

Best Custom ROM Available - Just want to use to take video and play music

Hi guys. Currently running a Note 5 but I want to use my Note 2 to be able to take video. Problem I had with my last ROM before I switched was that I couldn't store it to the SD card. Also use it for Spotify. Its not hooked up to cell service. Just want somehting fast and light that does video if possible.

Front and back cameras take pictures, but cannot record videos LS996-ZV6

Hi all,

I have the sprint G Flex 2, the camera won't record a video at all. when I click on record button: camera app closes when using the back camera; and when using the front camera the camera app shows an error message "An error has occurred." both cameras take pictures with no issue. Also using video call with any app work just fine.

Can you help please, what can I do?

i take photos with my Galaxy S5 and they show in the preview but wont open in gallery

I recently went on a cruise and took over 300 photos and videos and they all showed in the preview in the bottom corner as being there, now when i go to the gallery over half of them are black and wont open. Also i tried taking a photo just now and it show for a few seconds in the gallery and then changed right in front of my eyes to a gray screen with 1 line down the middle and now it wont open anymore.

CM12 to CM13 Should I take the Leap?

Hi

I have not jumped ship from CM 12 to 13 yet and was holding off until little bugs have been fixed.

Thinking of doing a full back up and then updating to 13 and get the weekly updates.

Are all the issues around CM 13 been resolved as initially battery drain was bad. I will look at each developers ROMS and see what's the best but any recommendations welcome

So is it best to stay on 12 or bite the bullet and go onto 13?
