Oneplus ONE screen problem (Part of screen not working)

Hello,

After i bought the Oneplus ONE, i experienced some screen issues
As you see in the screenshot, a part of my screen isn't working,
there aren't any marks on the screen and the screen isn't cracked.

Lower part of screen and menu button not working

I have not physically damaged my phone in any way but my lower part of screen and my menu button is not responsive . Pls help.

Bottom part of screen touch issue

Hello all,

My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910C) is about 18 months old, has worked fine since purchased new. It is running OS 6.0.1

All of a sudden it seems to have developed a fault whereby the bottom most part of the screen is not responding well to touch. This is the bottom part of the screen only, all else seems to work fine.

I hadn't performed any updates or OS updates and it is the default OS, non rooted.

I have tried *#2663# and pressed the 'Touch key FW update' but nothing has happened. I also ran *#0*# and on 'Touch', I can verify that the touch along the bottom part of the screen doesn't register properly.

Hasn't been dropped or anything like that, just started happening.

Is a factory default likely to help fix this? I'm reluctant to do it if it isn't going to help at all and is more a hardware fault.

I took it to Samsung and they were very unhelpful and it is now out of warranty. I just wondered if there was anything I could try before I get a new phone?

Dropped phone, which part to replace?

Hello guys, can you help me which part of my phone should be replaced with and if you know how much would it cost me? Is it worth it? Aside from the broken screen, it also gets hot around the camera. I'm not sure about the battery since I don't use it much. Other than that, it's working well. Thank you! :)
