Touch screen wierd after stock rom flash

Hello!, Today (like a ****ing dumbass) I tried to download a custom rom because xposed didn't work for my current sdk, So I tried without following instuctions and It didn't work, So I flashed my device back to the stock rom and that's where the problem started, when the phone booted up I tried to swipe to enter my phone and I saw that it was wierd, so I pressed an app and it didn't open, I thought that the touchscreen itself was ****ed up but when I pull up my S pen and press the touch screen with it, it recognize it. So I figured that it must be a problem with the software.

Is there any way I can fix it?
and if I can't,Can I get the phone replaced (I still have warrenty)

Wierd New Issue - Photos Disappearing

So this has only happened twice so far (yesterday and today). But I took a photo, then I went to upload it to Facebook and it wasn't showing in the Samsung Gallery. So I went back to the Camera, and it was showing in the little preview photo in the bottom right corner, but if I clicked on that it would take me to the previous photo I took. Then if I reopened the camera, that photo didn't show up anymore in the preview pain.

The only thing I've done recently is put in a new 128 gig microsd card. Could the card be bad? or could this be a fluke (I did just reboot) so will see if it happens again.

HELP wierd SMS that Takes my prepaid balance

Hello i have a samsung s4 I9500 but i recive every 7 or 5 days a strange sms but my prepaid balence go's down when i get it i called my provider they blocked it but i still got them so i got a new sim card
but now i still get them can anyone help me to revome the number of the sms is 10658422
and the sms says
