Can you use maps offline?

Hello,

Looking to pick up a SW3. Currently an owner of the SW2.

I was curious as to whether the SW3 could operate with an offline map as I do not have data on my phone. I heard that the SW3 has a built in GPS so I am assuming it would work if there was a way to download map data to the device. Is capable of doing so atm? (Reason: for directions)

Offline Android Games

Need suggestions of OFFLINE Android games like Call of Duty: Strike Team.
Offline games which would require data cache file (OBB file) or without data cache files.
But need to be offline.
I would like other suggestions too. :D

Hey guy's hope you are doing well. I am a new member of XDA. I played FIFA 16 UT it is a great game I like it a lot but the problem is it is online does any of you have any idea how to play this game on Android devices offline mode? if you have any solution please help me.:confused:

Unlocking bootloader adb device offline error

I tried restarting phone and pc, turning on and off usb debbuging and installing pdanet. It did not help.
What shows first command prompt:

H815 Soft bricked(?) adb shows device offline

Soo.... I messed up and edited the build.prop specificly the ro.build.type property. I tried to enable some debug options without validating if this would be a good idea (hint: it's not).

It seems that this has bricked my phone, the first LG splash screen shows up with the powered by android, and the second animation just keeps loading forever (making the phone very hot). And the LED flashes blue continously.

I did manage to get the device visible in ADB but it tells me that the device is offline so I can't do anything with it.
Tried booting in recovery mode (holding power button + volume down) but it just own't go into recovery mode.

Some extra info of what runs on my phone:
- version H815
- Android 6.0
- bootloader unlocked
- TWRP installed
- Rooted
- XPosed installed

Any idea on what I could try to fix it? (I guess stuck with a brick but oh well).

Google maps getting reset and offline data being deleted automatically.

Guys, I have issues regarding google maps. Whenever I download a offline data, the maps are being deleted automatically after a day a two and Google maps getting reset.

I downloaded offline area and opened google maps only to see the intro page "accept and continue" and no offline area.

I am using note 4 n910c, dn5 0.6 running Android 6.0.1.

What seems to be the problem?
