Hi I am new to the forum I need help ASAP I am not a geek but I really need someone to help me with my Nexus 6 phone the June and July updates cannot update my hotspot is gone and I cannot update the software I need a step by step process to get the phone to work normally I recently erased everything in hopes that a factory reset would restore it but he'll no same problem

I am not fault to change my tablet. I always take care with my valuable tablet.

Now I am very sad and I am really rich because you take advantage my valuable tablet.

Why does my tablet Note 10.1 cost 1200 Euro?
It is original fresh Note 10.1 costs 570 Euro
Repairing fix like fall display screen by post car and problem with hardware cost over 600 Euro

It is very expensive tablet in the whole world. I miss that. :(

I just received an OTA for a new update. Forgive me, but I left my GPad at home, so I don't know what the update file is.

Just wanted to know if anybody else got it? I don't want to lose root or it to mess up my tablet.
