Anyone with Fire and CM12 installed on it- can you run firefox?

hi,
I have a fire (2015 ) and CM12.1 (taken from this forum).
I'm trying to install firefox.apk and firefox-beta.apk taken from the google playstore but it keeps telling me "app not installed".
I'm tearing my hair over this and have already tried many things and wasted many days but it only now occurred to me that it might just be a problem with CM or the Fire tablet (or their combination).
If any one could please try and install those two apps and tell me of the results (and of what version ROM/device they have) that would be great!

Dear, Developers i need a cm12 or cm13 or any Lolipop or Marshmallow based custom rom. please help me. :o

Has anyone successful installed Xposed Framework on the MOJO running CM12?

Has anyone successfully edited the build.prop to spoof a different device to get more 'compatibility' in the Play Store?

I'm having issues getting a few apps to work with the MOJO running CM12...Any other ideas or suggestions?

WiFi keeps on dropping on update from CM12

Was running on the CM 12.1 and no issues with wifi. Then I decided to update and went with the RR per below

Did a clean install and loaded gapps and everything seemed ok but then had issues with Wifi dropping constantly. I tried google and changed channel on router to channel one and also tried app called Wifi Analyser but still the same issue.

Saw a fix for cm 12 in the below

Not sure if same fix applies to 13 as it seems to be an issue with the CM 13 and not the ROM itself..??

Had to go back to CM12.1 and no wifi issues pity as was happy enough but no wifi is a showstopper. Posted in the RR thread but maybe this might be a CM13 issue so wondering if anyone knows any fixes for it as I may try again

Apps still thinks I have older version 4.3 after CM12 install?

I just installed CM12 with correct gapps and phone is working fine. I did it so my kids could download Pokimon Go as pokimon wants a new version then 4.3. After hours of cruising the info on this formum I was able to root, install twrp and install CM12 and the gapps. It works great. However, Pokimon still says I have an older version. I checked in my settings and it says I now have 5.0.2. Is there something else I can change to let pokimon on this phone!
The rom I installed is: cm-12-20150116-UNOFFICIAL-t0lte
the gapps is: pa_gapps-modular-pico-5.0.1-20150221-signed

G2 mini 620r CM12 and 12.1 - bluetooth problem

I installed CM12 and CM12.1 roms, actually I am on Carbon Rom. The problem is my Bluetooth pairs with Xperia Z3 and I can send files to Xperia, but can't send it from Xperia to my G2 mini. I need this function, but at the moment can't reflash stock where it worked so can anyone help me make BT full working or upload stock lollipop backup?

CM12 to CM13 Should I take the Leap?

Hi

I have not jumped ship from CM 12 to 13 yet and was holding off until little bugs have been fixed.

Thinking of doing a full back up and then updating to 13 and get the weekly updates.

Are all the issues around CM 13 been resolved as initially battery drain was bad. I will look at each developers ROMS and see what's the best but any recommendations welcome

So is it best to stay on 12 or bite the bullet and go onto 13?
