hello needed border around notification toggles

I updated to beanstalks rom on my galaxy s3 and everything is working great except one thing that's bugging me i seem to have a border around my notification toggles for some reason
I'd there a way to remove it or do i just accept it's there?

Notification LED Times Out After Only 5 Minutes?

I've observed that when an incoming call rings the phone and it is not answered, the green notification LED only flashes for approximately 5 minutes before it times out. I'm used to a continuous notification light on my Galaxy S6 and Sony Z3 until I unlock my phone and clear the notification.

Would be nice if we could change this default behavior. I much prefer a continuous notification light vs. one that times out so quickly. Unless you use an app similar to DynamicNotifications, you may be checking your phone a lot just to see if you've missed any calls.

I haven't tried any other notification tests from other apps. Can anyone else confirm the behavior described above?

Whatsapp notification problem..

Hi there, I'm facing a problem with the notification in WhatsApp, when I get a message and let's say I'm chrome or any other app it's only shows the WhatsApp icon on the notification bar, but if I don't remember it wrong it should at leats show me something like new message from "anywho" and then the icon, or even give me the option to fast reply showing me the whole message but it's not doing any of this, only the icon and I have to draw the notification bar just to see who is texting me..

It's this the way it's supposed to work? Cuz is driving me crazy..

I have last marshmallow stock build with July security patch, unlocked and rooted with EX-kernel and a theme called Milos using layers manager, dunno if that have something to do with it..

Notification panel quick setting buttons always revert to default after a while

6.0.1, stock ROM, no mod or root

I have tried this several times. Customize the button orders but later I will find it's back to default again. Initially I thought it's just after restart. It turns out that it will revert after a while (half hour or so), whether I reboot or now.

Any way to make it stick?

I want to get rid of this damn voicemail notification. Clearing data and cache from settings worked for a while but now it's not working.

None of my other notifications will expand because of it and to be frank it's a pain in my tits with or without other notifications, taking up space on the bar with its fugly icon.

Any way via xposed or even changing code somewhere that would stop this pain in my rear end from showing up again?

Rapid Notification

Hi, I have this problem about my Nexus 6P

Every time I get a notification like Facebook or some other apps, it keep play the notification sound rapidly, like none stop unless I clear it or switch to vibrate mode, It's driving me crazy.

Won't get a notification and/or vibration when I get a message

It has been like this for awhile, but it hasn't really been bothering me I guess until now I realized the importance of it, which I should of done this long ago cause it's been like this for a couple of months. Notifications are on, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

"Select Simcard" Notification

I am using a Droid Turbo with CM13 Nightly on Verizon. My texting app is VZW Message+ which I use for the WiFi texting.

Perhaps 5-10 times a day I get a popup notification from VZW Message+ asking me to select a simcard. There are two options: select simcard manually (grayed out) and then my current sim. I can only click my current simcard, and then it goes away.

It's not a major issue, but it's quite annoying to have to click that option before I can reply to a text or open an app.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to make it stop?

by pulling down the notification it's possible to read the full message when there is only one message, but when there are multiple messages (in the same app, whatsapp for example) it's not possible to read long messages because they are shortened. And not just in the notification area, also in the lockscreen. Is there any way to expand the message, maybe with xposed? As I know there is no xposed module.
Any other ideas?

Push Notification of Facebook Official App Not Working

I use Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910C that is rooted and running official marshmallow. All was going well for 6-7 months. But suddenly I am not getting push notification from the facebook app for the last month. I have tried clearing data of the app, turning off platform, uninstalling greenify. Butnothing worked. What to do now? Please help. :(

Notification Bar and Status Bar Icons

I have the AMZ version of the G4, which its not bootloader unlockable so is there a way to change the color of the notification bar from white to a different color? and how can you change the status bar icons?

MMS app notification LED problem !

Hi guys ! I'm having a problem with MMS app. When I receive a Message , LED doesn't notify me.. First I thougt that it conflicts with Facebook Messenger app cause they share the same notification color category , but after I've freezed it I still got no LED notification for SMS. The LED works perfect with any other app.

MMS app it's already set as default messaging app and has LED notification permission. Does anyone has this problem too ? I'm using xiaomi.eu 6.7.14

Lockscreen and notification customization? Root/xposed

Hi everyone, I've recently rooted my galaxy s7e and was looking for some lockscreen and notification shade customisation.

I remember seeing something a while ago but can't find it again anymore.

On the lockscreen I'd just like to remove the alarm icon and change the time to written text (like ten fifty). I know goodlock can do this but I'd lose the status bar modding chance.
On the notification shade I'd love a darker color if possible. I noticed that themes like zero dark make it darker but that doesn't apply to single notifications which stay white

Notification led has gone after battery replacement

Hi all,
I replaced my z1's battery. After turned on, battery status was always same and just %1. I used it 1.5 hour. Then it's over... I couldn't turn on phone again. I guess I experienced with z users' trouble. Then I tried reset button and power - volume + (a lot of), another adapters, cables, even my old battery. And then I finally can use new battery. It accepted charging after all of this stuff.

But I have a problem since I replaced new battery at first. Notification led is not working anymore. No led while charging, at apps... I saw that stamina settings has gone after replacement. There is no more software changes I guess bcs I didn't change. Do you have any idea? Is there a possibility for hardware problem while opening back cover?

Messenger notification and bubble issues

I have a One Plus 2 on Oxygen OS 3.0.2 and Android 6.0.1

Since Yesterday at 11:00 PM, i have a big notification issue with Messenger only in my OP2, i doesn't post in the forum of OP2 cause i think it's a general issue with messenger

I'm not sûre but i think this issue appears when i install "DISA" i think, i've uninstalled this after but the issue is still here


I ask a friend to send me few messages, when i left the apps, i don't receive the messages, but messenger keep receiving messages in background the apps is not killed or something like that

Also, when i left a conversation in messenger, the bubble don't appear automaticly like before

Everythings is allowed in authorization settings for messenger, notification are also allowed in messenger


And the bubble features is set to on

I search on google before posting here, and i've found two things :

"Activate GMCService" I search this GMC Service in Applications > System Processus and nothing it's calling like that

Some peoples said also to allow messenger to display pop-ups(not bubbles, pop-up), they find this in Settings > Autorisation (or permission i don't know how it's called in english) but i don't find this parameters, the only thing i find is the autorisation i showed to you

I try to reboot and uninstall>reinstall messenger

So i'm a little losted, if somebody can light me that's can be great

Screen lights up with every notification. How do I stop this?

Just came from an LG G5 and never had this issue.


My phone screen turns on every time I get a notification whether it's textra, gmail, snapchat, etc. I even have the option of "wake up screen" in textra set to off. I can't find an option anywhere to turn this off for my notifications. Am I missing something?


On my G5 my phone would just sound and my LED notification would blink, then I would have all the notifications on my lock screen when I turned on the phone.
