Gionee elif e7 fastboot "freeze"

HI ... i have a problem with my gionee elife e7

fastboot mode its freeze, i hold power + vol up and my phone freeze after to enter bootmenu .... but if restart my phone start android normally, but not fastboot mode ....anyone can help me? i need restore default rom ... thanks

How to install TWRP 3.0:
1. Open m4twrp.zip
2. Install recovery.img using SP Flash Tool, scatter file inside the archive
3. When leaving TWRP, it will ask you to choose to install root. Agree

I spent two hours making this post...

condor c7 (gionee e7)

Hi I have a smartphone named "condor c7" I guess in the Chinese version named gionee e7 also allview viper v1 OK.
Now the problem is after I try to flash a cwm I faild so I can't get into recovery mode its shows a white screen but the phone still work normally I search so hard looking for custom flash or even official flash but its not working
Any solutions ?
