Pelican Voyager - Is the screen functional?

Hello,

I've tried searching and haven't found anything directly related to this. I was originally interested in the Lifeproof Fre but all reviews have said the screen's functionality is greatly reduced. Although I did not find it with the S5 I guess it's bad with the S7.

Someone recommended the Pelican Voyager for the S7, just wondering who has tried it and how functional the screen is? Not too worried about the waterproof aspect, just hoping for it to be protected against fall damage and have a protected screen.

Of course another option was the Otterbox Commuter along side a tempered glass screen protector...

rca voyager wont turn on or go into recovery

hi my son was fiddling with his tablet awhile ago hooked to the computer and some reason its not turning on i dont no what he did with it but i cant even get into the system recovery and wont even charge. its completely black. its an rca voyager 7inch. im pretty much a noob when it comes to software on tabs gimme a computer i can do it. is there any step by steps to get it working. i hope he didnt format it :( any help i really appreciate it. i wanted to get it working for my youngest boy so he has someting to use and i think it would help him with his learning
