Battery Drain on Moto X Pure

Hi,

I recently bought a Moto X Pure and after updating to 6.0 now have a battery drain problem. "Signal Standby" is my second most used in the battery screen. Under that stats it shows 0% time without signal. I live and work in an area that has great reception. Phone is factory unlocked, but nothing modified.

I have tried factory reset and using an app called gservicefix with no results.

Any help would be appreciated.

My Moto 360 is stuck in demo mode.

So I don't even know when this started but it's stuck in demo mode. Yes, I know you can factory reset by holding the button and then click unpair & factory reset but that simply does not work at ALL. It will just reboot and stay in demo mode. I have no idea what to do.

Moto 5 2015 battery drain first use!

i just bought the 16GB version and the moto g as you know has an excellent battery experience but when i opened it and just did some startup settings for like 10 minutes i noticed that the battery drains so fast! 2% every minute or something, is this thing normal? because it's its first use?

New System Update Error for Moto E 2

My phone shows the new update and it downloads and starts updating but when it gets to a certain point it stops and says "Error" and reboots. I don't know what is going on. I got this phone second hand. It might have been rooted. Anyone know how to fix it???

OTA update failed on Moto X Play

So, I stepped over to the Nexus 6p and sold my Moto X Play to my friend.

I unrooted it, flashed stock firmware(exactly like I did about 2 times before) but he can't install OTA updates, he says it reboots several times and reports the update as failed.

BUT, I went through the exact same proces before, 2 times even, I flashed the stock firmware and I COULD update but I am not sure how anymore, I think it had something to do with restarting the phone yourself? I am basically looking for a specific action here that I performed before, but I don't remember what it was.

[Q] Gear Fit 2 / Moto G 2014 - Gear Manager doesn't find watch on Moto G 2014

Hi guys,
I was trying to get the gear fit 2 working with my moto g (2014) (Android 6 resurrection remix from). The Bluetooth settings can see the watch and pair, but the gear manager doesn't find a 'compatible gear'.
I'm using the gear manager for non Samsung phones.
Anyone with this phone was able to connect? Does anyone know a fix for this?

Moto X Root Question

Hello, I have a question about rooting my Moto X v5.1 (build LPAS23.12-39.7-1). See, it was bought from Verizon, but it is unlocked, so I switched to T-Mobile, not sure if i'm suppose to follow the root tutorial for Verizon models still. I entered the recovery mode and saw that the bootloader is indeed locked. Sorry i'm really new at this and pretty confused, if you need any more info about my phone please ask and I will provide. Also, if you have a tutorial link that would be great as well, seen too many that have different steps than each other and don't want to brick my device. Thanks a lot!

Can't factory reset Moto g xt1032

My phone is being slow lately so I've decided to do a factory reset. I own a Moto g xt1032. I did some stuff with ROMs but they didn't work and I gave up about that.

Whenever I try to factory reset via settings my phone shuts down and goes into some menu (forgot the name). I have the options recovery factory barcode etc. But my phone didn't factory reset or anything.

Then I read I need to go into recovery mode and choose to wipe everything. As always whenever I try to start recovery mode it just says "boot up failed"

I just want to reset everything and I don't need to backup as I don't really have anything special on here.

Moto G 2014 is Totally Unresponsive

I was updating my Moto g2 from kitkat to the latest android version and during the installation, one of my friend hit the power button. Now the phone is totally dead. IT DOESN'T EVEN ENTER THE FASTBOOT MODE(power+vol down). Holding the power button for long time too is doing nothing. It also doesn't respond to charging and usb connect. Any suggestions?:confused:

I had tried to install the app on the phone, but it said 'App not Installed'. I had also tried to install the app using adb, but it said 'Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_MISSING_SHARED_LIBRARY]'.

moto g2 dead battery problem

hi guys, help me out
i have unlocked my moto g2. and flashed custom rom cynogen MOD OS. it was working well..one day suddenly it started switching ON-OFF. at that time my battery was completely drained. and then i charged after that i entered fastboot mode and went back to stock os which i have been previously backed up. and i was doing the setup of stock os. then mobile suddenly switched off...
then again i tried charging it shows 0% only even after charging for 4 hrs. i tried pressing vol down+power ,but i am unable to go to fastboot mode...
please help me

Moto e 1st Gen Reboots while booting.

I unlocked and rooted my moto e 1st Gen mobile. Intially it was fine. But after few days when forgot to charge it, it switched off. Then when i tried to charge it, the phone keeps on rebooting. It means it reboots in the middle of booting. what should i do now?
How to hard shutdown the phone? or How to get to boot menu? Thanks in advance

Need help with my Moto G 2nd Gen

So yesterday I had rooted my device but i noticed that i couldn't install any app so i decided to try and factory reset it and try rooting it again to see if it would fix it. I then tried factory wipe and reset through CWM and when i went to reboot it was stuck on the boot unloader warning screen. I'm still able to access CWM. i tried resetting to stock firmware but to be honest i don't know which one to download as I'm not sure which one is my stock firmware. I will gladly answer any questions you guys have to help me through this process.

Several questions about Moto Z Force

I picked up my Moto Z Force at Best Buy on Thursday. I couldn't pass up their deal. Getting this phone for 4 with the JBL SoundBoost speaker is awesome. I compared to regular Z before buying and the Force felt better in my hand (plus it has some great other upgrades). I'm loving the phone. I upgraded from a Droid Turbo and it is a significant jump up.

Several questions:
1. With my Droid Turbo when ever I connected to a Quick Charge 2 device (battery, car charger, and wall usb charger) the phone would indicate with a message that I was turbo charging. With the Moto Z Force I'm not getting a message with my bought Quick Charge 3 battery, car charger, and wall usb charger (Anker and Aukey). With the Force I'm only getting the "TurboPower Connected" message when I use the supplied wall charger. Is there anyway to confirm I'm charging at Quick Charge 3 speeds with my other devices? I'm hoping this can be done via software on phone.

2. It has been a while since I have used a micro sd card in phone. I'm loving I can do this with Moto Z even though getting card out is kind of pain in ass and you need special tool as well. I have the 200gb Sandisk Ultra Micro SD which I picked up a while back on sale for . Read speeds on this card are decent but write speeds are pretty slow. I'm noticing that speeds are significantly slower transferring large files to phone (with card in it) with cord vs. pulling card and doing with memory card reader. Is this normal? Is there any way to improve these speeds?

3. I'm looking for a good ultra thin case. I would like to add the least amount bilk and weight possible. I picked up a TPU case on amazon but it a bit bulky. Ideally I would like to get a thin polycarbonate case like Spigen's Thin Fit. Does anyone here know of a case like this for the Z Force?
