Not able to flash or entering recovery

Hey guys,

tech noob here, so please be kind with me. 2 weeks ago i bought a fire phone and successfully flashed CM 11 on the phone using this method reddit[dot]com/r/firephone/comments/4e3edh/how_to_install_cyanogenmod_or_slimkatfire_nexus/

So a few days ago i bought another fire phone and wanted to flash it too with the above method. This time it was an unused showroom device. I removed the demo mode and could also get root with king root. I also could install safestrap but i get a black screen when i try to boot into recovery mode. I uninstalled safestrap again but couldnt boot to stock recovery either. I guess the problem is, that i need to update my device which still has Fire OS 3.6. Here is the strange part: If i check via Wifi, the phone does not find any new updates. I then downloaded the new OS manually to the phone storage and the phone then recognizes the new update. But when the phone is rebooting to install it, i'am stuck on the amazon logo (I waited 1 hour). I then did a soft reset and the phone went back to the old Fire OS. Why am i unable to get into recovery or updating the fire phone? Is the demo phone locked? It had a sim lock but i also received a code to unlock the sim lock so i can use any provider. Please help me, because i want to get to CM 11 with this phone too.

Thanks for the help.

Red Triangle When Entering Recovery mode

I have a Samsung Orange GT-I9105P with android 4.1.2. Due to an unrelated problem(boot loop caused by android device manager, don't turn it on if you have 4.1.2) I had to factory reset my phone. When I entered recovery mode(with no root, with stock ROM) I saw a background with a android on the ground with a red sign, I could select any option, and after selecting one the android stood up and had some blue lines on it. When rebooting it fell down again with the red sign. Everything works fine, and I have root now(stock ROM). I got the phone from my father, so it;s possible that he did something to the phone. What does it mean when recovery mode has the android on the ground with red sign?(it still happens, and I can still select any option)

"Activvity is not exist in this device" popup when entering Lock Screen in Settings

Hello everyone.
I have messed a little up while trying to install as system app some fake gps apps, and since then, my lock screen has been reset, there is no shortcut and when I try to enter the Lock Screen settings a popup appears with written "Activity is not exist in this device".
I can't really understand why doing that caused that.
I guess, somehow, the .apk about the lockscreen got deleted in the operation.
I am running Fulmics 4.3, I'd like not to reflash the ROM just for this little problem.
Does anyone know the .apk related name file or has another solution please?
