Rom 4.4.2 or jelly bean (fixed)

Hey guys may i have a fixed rom of 4.4.2 or 4.3 300L.... i flashed mine withkut backin up n nw the lolilop z action so weird.....

Help me please guys.... i downloaded one bt it requires a password.. if u have it...

Samsung Galaxy S3 (Straight Talk, Build H1) Jelly Bean 4.1.2 to 4.4 KitKat

So I've successfully rooted my Samsung Galaxy S3 from Straight Talk using TowelRoot and have installed SuperSU. I now want to upgarde to KitKat 4.4, but don't know where to start? I've done alot of reading on this and I understand I have to basically download a ROM of KitKat 4.4, but I am wary as to which one to download and how I go about installing it. I don't want to brick my phone.

If that's not possible or too dangerous, I would at least like to remove all the stock bloatware that came with my phone. My baseband/build number ends in H1, if that is relevant at all.

Good morning , I wanted a version of CyanogenMod 11 stable for my mobile , but unfortunately is not yet stable , but I always liked more the CM 10 (Jelly Bean) and I have a lot of free time, I would ( try to ) make a version of CyanogenMod 10 for my device , but gave me a question : If the default system is the KitKat , it is possible to do this " Downgrade " with a custom ROM ? It is possible to make the CM 10 to a device that was "born" with kitkat ?
