Rom 4.4.2 or jelly bean (fixed)

Hey guys may i have a fixed rom of 4.4.2 or 4.3 300L.... i flashed mine withkut backin up n nw the lolilop z action so weird.....

Help me please guys.... i downloaded one bt it requires a password.. if u have it...

Samsung Galaxy S3 (Straight Talk, Build H1) Jelly Bean 4.1.2 to 4.4 KitKat

So I've successfully rooted my Samsung Galaxy S3 from Straight Talk using TowelRoot and have installed SuperSU. I now want to upgarde to KitKat 4.4, but don't know where to start? I've done alot of reading on this and I understand I have to basically download a ROM of KitKat 4.4, but I am wary as to which one to download and how I go about installing it. I don't want to brick my phone.

If that's not possible or too dangerous, I would at least like to remove all the stock bloatware that came with my phone. My baseband/build number ends in H1, if that is relevant at all.

upgrade car DVR from Jelly Beam 4.22 to the latest

first of all sorry if I duplicate same question. I have in my Land Cruiser some noname chinnese car DVR and would like to upgrade it from Jelly Beam ver. 4.22 to the latest version. The specification is MTCB-KGL-V1.77, model S07, SN 000D18A1540A, ver. 4.22_03092014, 3.0.36+, root@ubundu #915, rk30sdk-eng4.22.03092014. KGL v.2.83 - HERE- Universal version for KGL 0-5. Then go to the factory settings and set its type buttons

Question is what version of MCU can I install?

2. I dont know where can I download the ROMs upgrade and what version (800x400 or 1024x600)? I expect my item has resolution 800x400 so still is question where is download link?
