Alcatel mpop wont boot in os

My alcatel mpop wont boot in os need help to figure out y i cant get in get on load screen on power up

I have alcatel one touch m'pop which wont boot up into os

I can get into boot load and recovery but not os

Any ideas anyone.

That could help so i can install os again
