.com.taobao.dp Folder & .utsystemconfig

Can this be deleted? Only shows when I boot phone in recovery (CM Mod)

Already deleted - .utsystemconfig - which contained a file called Alvin2.xml google didn't tell me much but people said delete it, lol

Anyone know anything?
