How to enable diag mode on Xperia L

Hi everyone, i need help to figure it out how to activate the diagnostic mode, it is suposed that i dial some code and its done but i tried with too many codes and no ones work!

I need to activate RMDIS + DM + MODEM to use qpst and unlock my cellphone bands.

This is a post that i found but i cant access to diag mode. I'm using cyanogenmod 12.1 and i tried with the stock rom but it doesnt work :(

DIAG Mode Finally Discovered

I have finally figured out how to enable DIAG Mode on the Verizon LG G3!
1. Enable USB Debugging (Google how to, if you don't know already)
2. Open Dialer App
3. Dial ##PROGRAM985 and Call it (Press SEND)
4. Type 000000 as Service Code
5. Go to Port check Test
6. Turn Port check Test ON (Set it to ENABLED)
7. Plug your VERIZON LG G3 into a USB Port on your PC
8. Pull your Notification Bar down and tap USB connected
9. Change the setting to Media Sync (MTP)
10. Choose any Program (APP) to do as you wish with your G3 and PROFIT!!!

Before doing the Port check Test enable method, the phone WOULD be seen by DFS and CDMA Workshop but, you could not do any programming or even send the SPC/MSL code! Now you can! Take that VERIZON.
