Hello everyone, I used to have an account on here years ago and I just had to create a new one for the purpose of this thread. Let me know if this type of issue has already been resolved but I have spent a great deal of time trying to locate a solution with no results. I have an older HTC One m7 I started using again to try and use the hotspot on it because I have unlimited data I needed to root it. Only reason for the hotspot is because I just moved and I am still waiting for my internet service to be hooked up on the second. Anyways, down to buisness. I made myself a developer on my device, unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP V2.5.0.0 onto my phone. All was going well until the phone went to reboot. After it rebooted I was in the TWRP recovery menu, and I went to back up. As soon as I clicked it the phone completely froze up on that screen. And then a lock image appeared with TWRP across where the combination would go and i could still see everything in the background. Install, back up, mount, restore, settings, reboot etc. And beneath the image of the lock, which actually appears to be unlocked it says swipe to unlock and has a slider beneath it. Completely unresponsive on the screen, I cannot select anything at all. No different combinations of presses on the volume keys or power button is resetting or doing anything. I cannot even get it to turn off. I did notice, when i long press the power button the back arrow and home button flash simultaneously (on the HTC One M7 those are touch screen buttons, that are actually visible even when the device is off, but also completely unresponsive. I did notice as well that if I plug in my phone charger in the background above the menu options it shows how charged my battery is, and appears to charge when I plug it in. It is a silver, HTC One M7, AT&T version, running android 5.0.2 Thank everyone in advance, I tried to be as detailed as possible but let me know if more information is required to understand what is going on here. Thank you!

Serious battery issues with new update
I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but since the update on Monday my phone discharges incredibly fast, is extremely hot, is running slower than ever. Is anyone else having this problem? My battery is at 79% right now and my estimated time remaining is 2h 12min.

Serious WiFI Issues
Hoping someone can help me
My S7 Edge WiFI connection is playing up. My phone is fine on data network but only when connected on WiFi (Have tried other networks too) it has some serious problems like,
- Whatsapp notifications not received unless I switch to data connection or open the app
- Trouble loading internet applications, they just hang randomly but if I switch to data then they load
I first noticed this when I switched over to SuperManROM, however I have since reflashed the previous ROM I was using and still have the same issues. I've tried custom kernels and stock kernels and no difference.
Is it simply a faulty WiFI chip in the S7 Edge or coudl it be something software related? An important point to mention is that for the SuperManROM I had to update the bootloader and Modem, but I did downgrade them again to see if there was any change
Please help

Need serious help with a zte blade l2
I Had CM12.1 installed on it and everything went fine until it ran out of battery. Then So far it started by having random resets and freezing up until it basically started freezing and turning off and on without going further than the ZTE logo the weird freeze ups affected it even on recovery mode so it wasnt soemthing from the ROM only.
I've had a terrible pain with it, i tried flashing different roms, tried wiping data, chache, dalvik. etc. I've format flashed the stock rom with sp flash tools so many times and even managed to get my sd formatted (thank god i had all backed up) and still no use. Recovery mode isn't affected anymore by the wierd freeze ups, but i can't enter the OS at all. I have CWM on it right now.
It's still doing the same thing, tried using a backup i made before all of this happen and still no go.
Anyone can help me out with this? THanks in advance.

BUILD.PROP. Why so Serious?
Hi guys,
I was testing and editing build.prop file on my phone and something strange happened!.
I just rebooted the phone just to test if my edited build was showing and the next thing you know upon reboot my pattern and fingerprint locks weren't recognized, as if someone had changed them, I was like WHAT THE HELL! Even my backup pin wasn't working. I didn't now messing up with build.prop could do such a thing!
Fortunately, I had a backup of my prop file in my downloads folder BUT I couldn't restore it using TWRP manager and couldn't see ROOT Files on my Windows PC. I tried many root explorers for PC but they didn't show the root files.
In the end, I managed to use ADB Commands push/pull to do the job and THANK GOD it worked, I got my build.prop restored! :victory:
REMEMBER:
1. ALWAYS BACKUP BUILD.PROP if you are going to mess with it.
2. ALWAYS HAVE DEBUGGING MODE ENABLED in developer options, so you could workaround with the files using ADB commands (I had that enabled already :)).
