An Xposed module to remap bottom hardware buttons ?

Hi,

I've bought several Android devices and since 2014 I really hate how the multitasking button replaced the menu button.
I just want to bring the menu button back and bring the multitasking section by long-pressing the home button, I really don't care about the Google Search functions.
The problem is, the phones I bought don't have any on-screen buttons and I really don't want to add a bottom panel for that.

I also know that GravityBox may be the Xposed module which can do that, but since it mostly applies to AOSP-based ROMs, I'm affraid of having conflicts with my phones' stock ROMs (Zenfone Selfie -ZE551KL- on Marshmallow).
Some apps that I found in the internet are quite old -pre 2014-, making them surely unsuitable for Android Lollipop and above.

So the question is: Is there any Xposed module -or even an app !- that can remap the bottom hardware buttons without conflicts ?

Bottom speaker after water

Hi

My sony z3 bottom speaker is on a lower volume as the upper one.
I searched it on xda and google, and i found it's normal.
Then my friend Z3 is the same..

Ok

Today (3hrs ago) i put in water my Z3. After a couple of minutes, the upper speaker back to normal,
but the bottom one is more lower, extremly lower now.

Will it back to normal, or it is broken?

TV shows "chromecast..." on first time setup at the bottom of the screen

I bought a Chromecast device. When I tried to setup it, it showed "chromecast..." at the bottom of the screen and after about 3-5 seconds it goes back to the No Signal screen. The Chromecast is connected to a MINI HDMI2AV Adapter that is connected to the RCA port on my TV. Is there a way to fix it?

Bottom part of screen touch issue

Hello all,

My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910C) is about 18 months old, has worked fine since purchased new. It is running OS 6.0.1

All of a sudden it seems to have developed a fault whereby the bottom most part of the screen is not responding well to touch. This is the bottom part of the screen only, all else seems to work fine.

I hadn't performed any updates or OS updates and it is the default OS, non rooted.

I have tried *#2663# and pressed the 'Touch key FW update' but nothing has happened. I also ran *#0*# and on 'Touch', I can verify that the touch along the bottom part of the screen doesn't register properly.

Hasn't been dropped or anything like that, just started happening.

Is a factory default likely to help fix this? I'm reluctant to do it if it isn't going to help at all and is more a hardware fault.

I took it to Samsung and they were very unhelpful and it is now out of warranty. I just wondered if there was anything I could try before I get a new phone?

Thanks in advance.

White Lines across the bottom half of my smartphone screen

One morning I woke up and the bottom half of my Samsung galaxy avant (SM-G386T) had a grid of white lines going across it. First time I restarted my phone it went away.

But they keep coming back and now it's more permanent, Sometimes it goes away briefly but they come right back. I tried factory resetting. That worked the first time for a few hours but then it came back. and I tried it again and 2nd time there white lines where there during the factory reset.

I tried taking the back planel of the phone off. I disconnected and reconnected the lcd latch on the left side. But the problem still persists. I haven't pulled up the screen with a suction cup. So Idk if there is a cable that could be loose on the front end or not. But Idk want to go buy suctions cup if I dont need to you.

What do you guys think? I think its a hardware issue. But I may be wrong. if so. is this fixable or do I need to buy a new screen
