Is this phone developer friendly?

What is up with the signal strength on this phone?

Compared to my previous phone (iPhone 6 Plus), the signal strength is just horrible. I downloaded settings and everything. Does this phone have just a week antenna or something? I have AT&T.

My iPhone got wayyy better signal strength.

I am recently looking for a tablet for my nephew who likes to do alot of skype and selfie as well as watch cartoons and play games. Is this tab still worth a shot? What about the development for this device till now? Any input will be greatly appreciated. :)

I need PIE security disabled. How can I do this?

I need to disable PIE security on my Moto E LTE to be able to run some of my apps like Reaper, Network Spoofer, and possibly some IDEs. I've tried thet flashable fixes on XDA and none has worked. I am running on CM13 with root and TWRP.

ATT H810 This phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked

Hey, I am helping out a mate and have run into a bit of a conundrum. He has a ATT LG G4 (H810) that he purchased from America and has recently moved back to Australia. I have offered to help him unlock his phone so I purchased an unlock code online but when I attempted to enter it I got "This phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked". The SIM Unlock Process menu could be accessed using 2945#*810# However the network unlock option yields "This phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked" and each other option states "Your phone is not personalised".

Currently the phone is on Android Lollipop and I have managed to root it. I would just like to know if there is a possible way to unlock it.

Last best ROM for this phone with most recent security fixes?

Given the age of this phone, I simply wanted to ask a question on the last, best ROM that brings this phone to the most recent Android version, and provides security fixes? The newest ROM I can find is the Carbon ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/myto...-2015-t3077527 based on 4.4.4, and is newer than the Virtuous ROM I have been using on this phone (4.0.3), as I believe that one of the most recent ROMS that supported TMobile wifi calling (although I'm now on Google FI). I don't use this phone as a daily driver, but I do try to keep it updated, and available as a spare.

Please help me remember the name of this app...

So there's an app a lot of people recommend that similar to SD Maid. I want to say it's Droid-something (Droid Cleaner?). I can't seem to find it on the Play Store though. Any ideas?

Can anybody tell me what this could be??

Help me getting rid of this Recovery.

I am facing a serious problem with my HTC phone ( Desire 820 Dual Sim running stock android 6.0.1 ). Bootloader is unlocked.
I was trying to root my phone using WinDriod Toolkit, while installing custom recovery my phone Hard-Bricked ( even LED was not glowing when I connected it with charger). Somehow I managed to start my phone. Then I tried a software iRoot to root it, again while installing custom recovery it Hard-Bricked ( This time LED was glowing continuously :confused: ) After this I promised my not to Root my Phone again. :p But the real Problem is that even when I restart my phone, It gets Bricked. I have to use Three Buttons Combinations to boot it up and what not. :eek:
Please help me. :crying: :crying:

My current rom, sitting at 85k views, is unpolished as heck. I am concerned considering how much viewership it has gained in the past two years. I would love to fix it, but I am not sure what is left to improve on as the phone is ancient. Does anyone even sift through here anymore? Just a question before I try modding my Nexus 6p
