Oukitel K10000 radio baseband updates available?

The Oukitel K10000 uses the Mediatech MT6537P chipset.

For 3g connectivity it only accesses the frequencies: WCDMA 1900/2100MHz

Is there a way to get a new radio firmware that fully unlocks the frequencies for 3g?

I saw another phone with the MT6537P that had 850 and 1900 frequencies for 3g but I cannot find it now that I want to link to it.

My father-in-law has the k10000 on AT&T right now and only gets 2g on the edge network, but I heard that AT&T is dropping 2g support so I want to future proof his phone by enabling 3g on it.

MarshMallow V6.0 for Oukitel K10000. How to root it

I have update my phone (Oukitel K10000) to new ROM. But can not root it. Can you give me the advice how to root it. The MarshMallow V6.0, OUKITEL K10000 V8.0
