[Help] Sony Xperia Z5 Premium 32.2.A.0.253 root

Hi all,

I need help because I want to root my phone but all info I read is confused (also because is difficult to understand English for me). I'm looking for a process for root my phone with Android 6.0.1 with losing DRM Keys. Is there any custom ROM with DRM Keys, recovery and root for this phone? Please, I would appreciate a lot if someone can guide me.

LG v10 vs. Z5 Premium

Helium Premium on Shield TV?

I bought Helium Premium for backups to Google Drive from my Shield Tablet and it worked great.

But I just got a Shield TV and while the "standard" version is available for download. The Premium version is not. I also tried to "restore license" through the same email on my Google Play account and it doesn't recognize it.

This is really annoying because I'd like to be able to play all of my controller supported games on my new Shield TV but cannot transfer any of my game saves.

Anyone know if it's possible to get Helium Premium to work on it? I contacted the dev a few days ago but have not received a response. So I'm at a standstill.

I also do not want to root so that eliminates other methods.

FoxFi Premium vs Free

So I recently purchased the S7 edge, haven't rooted it yet just to try out Samsung pay and whatnot.
I came from the S5, had it rooted, and had the mod to enable hotspot.

Well because I used my hotspot quite often I purchased the premium version of FoxFi to remove the data restrictions in the app. While using the premium version and doing other things on my phone I hit the multi window button and hit close all on my phone. Needless to say, FoxFi closed as well. But I noticed that my hotspot was still running and going strong.

Just figured I would point that out there for those who are thinking about getting FoxFi, you may not need the premium version right away and still have unlimited use of it. Now, I'm not encouraging going around the purchased option but maybe it would give others the ability to truly test out the app before they make their decision.

Or maybe the developer of the app is on these forums and can see this vulnerability in his app.


Tl;dr

FoxFi doesn't need to be running after hotspot has successfully started on your phone.

Z5 premium locked on O2

Hello,
I have a good occasion to buy a Z5 premium on eBay but it is locked on O2 UK so I wanna know if you guys know a way to unlock it (it is not blacklisted).

Xperia Z5 Premium - Unable to receive calls

When I get a call on my Z5P when the phone is locked, I am unable to receive calls. When I swipe to receive the call, it just disappears and I cannot pickup the call. This is super frustrating and I am unable to pick up the call. Any solution, as I am suffering at work because of this.

How to fix foldermount premium write error

I have foldermount premium on galaxy s4 i9505 marshmallow 6.0.1. Every time I open it always says write error.
Please fix this issue.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Recovery Mode help?

Hello everybody!
I want to ask something about my Sony Z5 Premium (Marshmallow 6.0.1 bootloader unlocked).
I want to root it via Recovery Mode, but i see that sony hasn't a recovery mode!
I try to reset via adb reboot recovery or power vol + or power vol - but nothing, it reset only. I heard about TWRP, but i don't know how to install it. Can someone help me installing the TWRP, so i can install the SuperSU zip? (sorry for my english, i'm italian and i'm new in this forum :p)
