Problem with Panasonic Eluga Switch software and Download Mode

Hello, i have an Alcatel Idol 3 5,5 (6045) and i decided to root it, so installed all that i needed (drivers, adb ..). But the problem is that i need to unlock the OEM thing, so i need to flash my smartphone to its original stock ROM, so i downloaded the Panasonic Eluga Switch one (which is a rebranded idol 3) and launched it, but the problem it seem that my device CAN'T load in download mode, i tried anything :

Uninstalling/Reinstalling all drivers
Executing the software as administrator
Executing the software with Windows XP compatibility mode
The volume + and - and USB method
The ADB method, it worked for anything else (rebooting in fastboot and recovery mode) but it won't work for the download one, it just reboot normally, i don't know why all is exactly correct, i tested with MTP and PTP usb modes, and in two differents windows, and nothing worked at all. :)

Please, is someone have the solution to boot my stupid idol 3 on download mode i would be grateful to him. Cordially.

no network and not showing sim imei no. in my panasonic t 41

I flashed my Panasonic t41 by sp flashtoll and working write. But after some time I again use sp flashtol and formated my Panasonic t41 by this toll and then flash stock ROM .after power on it shows no network .only shows sim operator's name and shows no imei no.I flash several times but problem became same.anybody tell me what I do

panasonic eluga z cwm or twrp

Rom manager says cwm has not been released officially for ur fone and i searched on the internet i couldnt fins. With same rom for many days i m bored. I want to experiment with my fone. So if nyone can help me. Plz help me

I want some assistance regarding the process of rooting and flashing new custom firmware for my new panasonic eluga icon.
I'm heading for a new thread because all the options on the net have been tried by me and still no luck, luck, there's also the fear of bricking the device.

2. Brand: Panasonic
3. CPU ABI: armeabi-v7a
4. CPU ABI2: armeabi
5. DEVICE: ELUGA_Icon
6. HARDWARE: mt6752
7. Running android kitkat 4.4.4
