DOOGEE X5 video playback bug

I have this problem where sometimes my videos are green/pink and is distorted (youtube and facebook) and the App crashes

after a few restarts of the Application it will work fine

this seems to be a dooge X5 specific bug

Doogee customer support is dead and not even responding

Any users that is using doogee X5 and is facing the same issue?

Video playback not working since sd card installed?

Hey guys, so basically i popped an sd card into my phone last night and ever since iam unable to play back video recordings! When i press play it says "please insert into a gr device" Any ideas why the sd card has caused this to happen ? It was fine all along

mediapad 10 fhd wifi video playback issue

I am on 4.1 general firmware. I have problems with playback on all the video player apps I tried. Videos either experience lag or black screen. Can someone help?

Video Playback Error Message

Trying to playback a video recorded on my phone. Message pops up "Playback Error - Video player encountered an error with this media, Please try refreshing the media library" I have looked in the settings file and haven't found any mention of how to do it. Can anyone help?

Remix 2.0: staggering video playback, game freezes

Hi, ever since I installed remix 2.0 on my remix ultra I have been suffering with a staggering video playback. Every few second the image freezes for a fraction, sound stops, and then continues again.

Something similar happens when playing games, plinder pirates, starwars commmander, and others I play, the screen freezes, becomes unresponsive, and then continues.

Is anybody else experiencing this? Is there a known problem causing this?

Blotched video playback

I am sorry if this issue has been answered.
Whenever i try to watch a video on my S6 Edge which contains some grey or dark scenes, several blotches are formed on the grey or black colours making the video really annoying.
I use my phone for a lot of video playback and this issue has been persisted ever since.
If anyone has a solution to this please guide me

support for playback from usb drives

please add support for playback off/from/via usb drives. my lg g pad x 8.0 tablet has a usb port and i would love it if mx player gets support for playback from usb drives
