¿Can i downgrade to stock 4.4.4 from a 6.0.1 custom rom in twrp?

Hi, i have my moto x 2013 in a custom 6.0.1 rom and i want to downgrade to stock 4.4.4 ¿can it be done easily just flashing the stock rom?
