Headphone port very quiet.

When using an aux lead for the car or a different set of earphones the volume is very quiet but when I use the stock earphones that come with the device its at an acceptable volume.

Any idea's?

Hello, at first i'm really sorry for my terrible english :)

Yesterday i notice my phone at the full volume have about 10% of power then before. I try play music from another devices (pc, android tablet) and everything is ok only my honor have problem. I try reset phone or clear cache but nothing help. Anyone had similar problem?
Device info: PLK-L01 B330.
