An app to make smartphone shutdown at certain battery percentage?

Hi, I've read that letting your smartphone battery drain completely to 0% can hurt li-ion battery, is there an app that warns when battery is at 35% and shuts down the device at 25 for example,
Note I'm already rooted so its not a problem.
