Worth upgrading from Moto X 2014?

Hi,

I know this thread may seem similar and it has already been answered before but those threads are over 5-6 months old so imo they aren't relevant anymore. I have to make a decision ASAP regarding selling my 8 months-old 16GB Moto X 2014 and upgrading to a brand new 32GB Nexus 5X. In the place where I live, the X2 can easily be sold with ~5 (I bought it new for 0). Now, the 32 gig 5X can be bought at ~ 0. So, do you guys think it's worth the extra $$$? Did the 5X improve since the monthly 2016 updates? Does anyone here tested the N Dev Preview 4 on their 5X? Do the past issues (like overheating) are still there? To me, the most "shocking" thing about the 5X is the fact that I tested it in a local store besides my X2 in Geekbench 3 and it was quite of a surprise to see the Moto take the lead in the 2nd attempt. (Both stock, running MM 6.0 - The 5X had the October 1st 2015 security update). After the 2nd run, the 5X's score dipped below the X2's by around 300-500 points. :(
