upgrade and the dead android with ! after flashing

I have flash with odin a new rom and odin say that al went ok.
Now the phone restarts and says updating... and after a few seconds i see the android robot with x x in the eyes (dead) and a ! and it's restart in recover menu.
When i try it again it's still the same.
Who can tell me what to do now...
