tv box i68G octacore kodi system damaged message, wireless update disabled

HI, i hope this is the good place to ask, im using lollipop 5.1 victsing is the producer or vendor, i made resect factory but still message is system damaged, i really dont know what to do, not even how to find news about my machine, in linux would be /proc/cpu_info, but in android is complicate... so im open to suggest. What info do you need to help me? How do i get those infos?
