Samsung phone stuck on bootloop after flashing stock ROM

Hey guys, yesterday I was trying to install cm11 on my Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo but it didn't work so I just decided to flash the stock ROM back through Odin but when it finished and it turned on, it got stuck in the Samsung logo... I tried wiping cache and doing a factory reset and none of it works... I also tried flashing TWRP and wiping through there and that didn't work either. It said "E: can't mount /cache" and "E: can't mount /efs". Same happened when I tried to restore a backup. I have tried flashing the stock ROM again and again and still no luck. I suspect that this might have happened because yesterday I tried to install cm11 and get TWRP to work too much times... Please help me guys...:crying::fingers-crossed:
