Samsung galaxyace gt 5830i not detecting sdcard



Hi, my samsung galaxy ace gt5830i not recognizing the 8 GB memory card after connecting to a PC ,
When rebooted my phone shows "media scanner running" but taking gallery shows " no SD card mounted"
I formatted the memory card but it doesn't work plz help me
