Questions that i can't find the definitive answer

Hi! I'm new here, but i keep track of the forum for some time already, but i have some questions that i find many answers and i can't say which one is the right, can you help me people??

My phone: GALAXY S7 EDGE SM-G935FD

1- I read in different posts that if i root my device, i'll lost knox and so fingerprint sensor will be gone, i will going to use this method:

Will i lost my figerprint sensor?

2- Can i use a HOME_CSC different that i have on my phone?

3- My version is the 935FD, can i use the same used to 935F?
