For the life of me I cannot find out how to reinstall the firmware for this phone. Ive gone on the alcatel support page and there are plenty of devices where u can download a program to reinstall or upgrade manually, but this phone isn't listed. The model number for this phone is:4037N. Its a metropcs phone. When I plug it into my pc it shows as: SOUL4NA.
I installed a program "kingroot" mistakenly thinking it was KINGOroot and cant get rid of it, hard resetting it does nothing its still there. Any help would be appreciated.
