loudspeaker stop working after screen replacement HELP !

all is in title just for to be clear
the loudspeaker work but I noticed the spk P work and spk N not work in motherboard !!!
but if I touch the side of N speaker with any metallic element from motherboard its working but with crackling sound !!
this problem is right now not resolved for many person
help me if some one have solution !
