limited xperia themes for m

I realised that xperia m is limited to few themes due to its android version
I want to ask how to unlock all the themes, when I tried to install them, it says unable to prase the package
any solution?
I'm in stock rom, unroot
I tried cm, but no sony app works or xperia themes, any way to make them install
