Huawei P9 - Unable to amend Theme / Wallpaper / Lockscreens after B136 Rom.

I rooted my device, then had some troubles because it soft bricked itself.

All sorted now by flashing the B136 ROM.

But since then, I am unable to amend the themes on my device - such as wallpaper, lockscreen and icons etc.

Is anyone able to advise?
