How to fix Baseband:unknown for SC-05G(SM-G920D)

I have Galaxy S6(Japanese version). I was Flash a global version of the ROM.
(Samsung Stock ROM and Vova ROM, Alexis ROM. Kernel:SpaceX Kernel)
work: camera,bluetooth,wifi,fingerprint,etc...
but not working mobile network.(baseband broke ;o)
i need help. how to fix baseband? What is the file related to the baseband ?
i tried replace lib and lib64(libreference-ril.so, libsec-ril.so) from Stock ROM and SpaceX(SM-920D version). but not work yet.
