Good phone that is given lots of roms/recovery?

I'm probably gonna be getting a new phone soon, and I am wondering what a good phone is that has a lot of custom rom options, works with xposed (Can't be samsung/lenovo/dell I think). Also, I understand how to root, without the easy way out, like kingroot so that's not an issue
