[Flashtool] weird problem with drivers

Hi

I have Windows 7 x64, i installed PC Companion, adb drivers, latest version of Flashtool and also 0.9.18.6 and i have still the same problem:

I want to flash the newest 5.1.1 firmware for my Xperia D2303 and i can't do it. I reinstalled all drivers, flashtools etc and again and again i have this problem. In Device Manager is everything OK, no yellow "!", everything working fine.

Any tips? I google it since 2 days, found lot of tips but nothing worked for me.
