empty phone :'( . HELP!

Last week I want to delete my phone data and do factory reset because I've got boot loop problem . so I can't get in my phone to do so . so I use twrp mode to reset my phone but I suddenly miss clicking and deleting all my phone system . so I cant get in my phone and my phone stuck at the Samsung note 2 logo . when I connected my phone to my computer it trace my phone by name media player devices and not my phone name or something and I've got nothing in it just an empty devices . Is this will fix If i download my device stock firmware ROM at the Samsung updates website ? Please help me
