Hey guys,
I just installed a Pioneer 4200-NEX in my car. It has 2 one amp USB ports (one for carplay and one for android auto - so much for UNIVERSAL serial bus). Anyway, I have extra cigarette lighter ports in my car. I was wondering if there was a good way to splice together the power from the high-amp low-heat dash charging with the Android Auto USB cable. This would eliminate any lag since the phone wouldn't get hot. A spider cable must be possible, but I don't trust my knowledge in hardware hacking to not blow the damn thing up without some input from you guys.
Thanks all,
Hope this is the right forum (don't want to break any rules)
