cant turn on the device

Hi. I left my m9 to charge and the next time i picked it up it was all hot and was stuck in a bootloop. Everything before was fine.
Boorloader is unlocked, s-on but cant get into download mode, it says it failing.
Also the pc does not find ANY internal storage, same with the phones recovery. I can only flash zip files which fail from a sd card.
Please help
