Camera only focuses on Stock ROM. Won't focus/work with any app on any other ROM.

Camera works completely fine on stock 5.1.1 rom in any camera app. I have tried 3 different custom roms (CM 13, Jasmine ROM v7.0, and Paul Pizz ROM 6.0.1) and the camera wont focus on any of them. I have tried both the stock and 3rd party camera options. It is always blurry and wont focus on anything. I have tried all of the hardware fixes I have found (hitting the phone, changing the metering mode, clearing cache, etc.) but nothing works. As soon as I flash the stock rom again, the camera works perfectly. Please help.
