Are there any Asian languages like Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese available in C432?

Just wanting to know if Asian languages are still available if I rebrand my P9 from C636 to C432?
I haven't received any OTA updates ever since I got the phone in May (still on C636B134)...
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
