How to unlock rooted Verizon Samsung Galaxy J1

Hi,

I have rooted Verizon Samsung Galaxy J1 -Model SM-J100VPP.
Can somebody share the instructions for unlocking it for Intentional use?

I have tried Galaxy Toolbox and RegionLock Away Apps. They does not support this model.

Note: Please do post (advertise) paid websites to get the factory unlock codes. I am not interested in trying those.
