Pokémon Go

I bought a Moto E 2nd gen for my nephew to play Pokémon Go. Turns out that it is not officially supported. I have read that some people have had luck with sideloading, but my phone just sits at the loading screen and says "gps signal not found". I've turned location settings to high, ensured that the app is up to date, and is getting proper permissions. Mock locations is off.

Can anyone help me???
